My Beliefs About Teaching

  

First, in reflecting on the combination of my beliefs about teaching and my classroom practices, I have discovered some coherence between my beliefs about teaching and the strategies I apply in the classroom. This indicates a reflective approach to teaching that is grounded in pedagogical principles and reflected in everyday practices.

Second, my emphasis on activities such as group work, controlled games, and words of praise underscores a student-centered approach to learning. By prioritizing engagement, collaboration, and positive reinforcement, I aim to create an environment in which students feel motivated and excited in their second language learning process. 

In addition, I value the importance of contextual practice, through the integration of real-life situations and interactive activities. 

Finally, through this process of examining my beliefs and practices, I have realized the importance of continuous reflection and professional development. As a teacher-in-training, I am committed to continually improving my teaching methods, incorporating feedback, and staying abreast of research-based strategies to better support the learning needs of my students.
